Angela Balser‑Heusser brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience across multiple industries, including healthcare. She has held senior leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Controller and holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance and an MBA from Belmont University. Angela is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Since joining RBS in May 2024, Angela has strengthened the accounting and finance function by building a high‑performing team, streamlining processes, and enhancing internal controls. Her leadership ensures accurate, timely financial reporting and keeps the organization audit‑ready to support continued growth.
