Sneha serves as the Clinical Operations Director for RBS’s Apollo team, where she focuses on improving patient access and operational excellence across radiation oncology and proton therapy programs. Her career spans clinical care, program management, and healthcare operations, bringing together hands-on oncology experience with expertise in business services, patient access, and strategic process improvement. Prior to joining RBS, Sneha held leadership roles supporting radiation oncology and proton therapy programs at nationally recognized healthcare organizations, where she helped optimize operations and enhance the patient experience.

Sneha earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Dosimetry from The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions and a Master of Health Administration from LSU Shreveport. She remains passionate about advancing access to cancer care through collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
