Steven Castle serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Radiation Business Solutions and RBS Evolution. He began his career in oncology as a Radiation Therapist, caring directly for patients, before transitioning into academia as a university professor and Program Director for Radiation Therapy.

He later moved into hospital and health system leadership, serving as an Oncology Service Line executive and Chief Operating Officer of a 300-bed hospital. Steven has also held a global oncology leadership role within the medical device industry and earned a Global Health Diplomat credential. In parallel with his civilian career, he continues to serve the country as a U.S. Navy Reserve officer.

Steven brings a strong track record of operational performance, team development, and sustainable growth across complex healthcare environments. His leadership focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and delivering measurable outcomes for patients and providers.

Steven holds a degree in Radiation Therapy from the University of Rochester and an undergraduate degree from Roberts Wesleyan College.
