Shannon Webb is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience as a subject matter expert in both operational and strategic practices. As the vice president of human resources, she is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization.
Shannon holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Nazareth College in Rochester NY and studied business and paralegal studies in her undergrad at Fredonia State University. She is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources from HRCI and a member of Sigma Beta Delta the international honor society for business, management, and administration.
Shannon has acquired additional certifications in workforce analytics, DEI, PMEC, SSLP, and HRCM to drive service excellence.
